It was the Grandmaster's relationship with the principles that enabled him to evolve jiu-jitsu so significantly over his lifetime. By learning the 32 Principles, you will evolve from a passive consumer of the art to an active contributor, so you can leave your own mark on jiu-jitsu. In Part 4, you will learn the final eight principles: Anchor, Ratchet, Buoyancy, Head Control, Redirection, Mobility, Centerline, and Grandmaster!
To maximize the impact of these principles on your jiu-jitsu, we recommend you spend no less than six months to their study, exploration and implementation.
