The stronger your relationship with the principles, the easier it will be for you to improvise in any situation for which you haven’t learned a specific technique. In the Purple Belt Stripe 3 course, you will learn the following eight principles: False Surrender, Depletion, Isolation, Sacrifice, Momentum, Pivot, Tagalong and Overload.
To maximize the impact of these principles on your jiu-jitsu, we recommend you spend no less than six months to their study, exploration and implementation before advancing to the final eight.
